Vernon Blugh-Bernard is an Allstate Personal Financial Representative who helps customers navigate their Property & Casualty insurance needs, from new policy purchases to ongoing service and coverage reviews. He is committed to helping every customer with coverage choices—not only with insurance coverage, but also with strategies that support their broader financial goals. Vernon began his career representing Allstate in January 2024 and joined the agency in February 2026 as a Personal Financial Representative (PFR). He serves as a PFR, working closely with both Andrew Mallor and Adam Paganetti to support customers across insurance and financial services. He holds licenses in Property & Casualty, Life Insurance, and is licensed with Series 6, 26, 63, and 65 registrations. This allows him to assist customers with insurance protection as well as retirement strategies. Vernon supports both the agency’s Customer Experience Team and Customer Protection Team, helping see that every customer interaction—from service to long-term strategies are seamless, informative, and aligned with their needs.
